By paying this invoice, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth below.

I understand that I am reserving time in the Zimmer DesignZ Job list that others could take.  Therefore there if canceled prior to paint there will only be a 50% refund.  I understand that the item I am paying for is a one of a kind, hand-painted, custom piece of art and that the finished item will be up to the artist's interpretation and rendition of the design and specifications. I understand that the different media, from design stage to completed artwork, will return different results and therefore the final artwork may differ slightly from predetermined designs but will be as close as possible. I also understand that any changes requested after the work begins is considered "new work" and will incur agreed upon charges plus additional charges as new work. 

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to such disclosure or where we are required to do so by law. Should you breach our terms and conditions or terms of use or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Any disclosure of personal information will be strictly controlled and made fully in accordance with current U.S. law.

All items are custom made at the time of order. Currently due to the workload it is 5 to 7 weeks from payment until items ship


Do to all items being custom made and normally exposed to extremes in the work place, we accept no returns. If there is a problem with the item upon your receipt of it. You have 5 business days to contact us for problem resolution. This may range from product replacement to store credit. Each case will be handled on an indiviual basis.



All pieces are custom painted to the customers order.  We remain very busy and have a job list.  Payment is asked for in advance.  This will put you on the job list.  Currrently from payment until shipping is 5 to 7 weeks due to the extended job list.  Pictures are sent by email when the piece is drying.  When you receive the email with pictures your item will ship 24 hours later.
